Role Purpose

The Content Creator will develop engaging reels for Instagram and other platforms that raise awareness, inspire donors, and communicate the real impact of the Women’s Centers in a respectful and powerful way.

This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling through video and wants to use their skills for meaningful humanitarian work.

Key Responsibilities

Create 2 to 4 short reels per month focused on the Women’s Centers of Hope
Edit provided photos and video footage into compelling short form content
Add subtitles, light graphics, and clear calls to action
Ensure tone aligns with GCV’s dignity centered, non political mission
Suggest simple content themes that educate and inspire audiences
Collaborate with the team to align content with fundraising priorities

Ideal Skills and Experience

Experience creating Instagram or TikTok style reels
Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar
Ability to craft emotionally intelligent, respectful storytelling
Understanding of humanitarian sensitivity and ethical representation
Comfortable working independently with light creative direction
